Does Barbara's leadership training meet the eligibility requirements for the Canada-Alberta Job Grant?

Yes, provided you complete a minimum of 21 hours of training. The training must be live (not pre-recorded) and can be delivered in-person or online. 

Please Note: The Canada-Alberta Job Grant is an employer-driven training program. This means that employers decides who gets training and what type of training is needed. Employers are required to use a third-party training provider (that's where Barbara May comes in) to deliver the formal training either onsite, online, or in a classroom setting. The grant is available to private and not-for-profit sector employers of all sizes across the province and covers 2/3 of the eligible training costs. (Meeting eligibility criteria does not guarantee funding approval.)
