Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for the 3-Day Engaging Leader Breakthrough Program Our program is carefully structured to provide the maximum benefit over three days. Please note the following terms regarding cancellations and substitutions: 1. Full Refund (Less Bank Fees): Receive a full refund, minus any bank fees, for cancellations made 30 or more days before the program start date. 2. 75% Refund (Less Bank Fees): Cancellations made 14 to 29 days before the start date are eligible for a 75% refund, less any bank fees. 3. 50% Refund (Less Bank Fees): Cancellations 7 to 13 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund, minus any bank fees. 4. No Refund for Partial Attendance: There are no refunds for missing any part of the 3-day program. Attendance for the entire duration is recommended to gain the full benefits of the program. 5. Full Program Substitution Only: If you are unable to attend, another person may attend in your place for the full 3-day program. Substitutions are not allowed for partial attendance. Please inform us of any substitutions as soon as possible. 6. No Refunds Within 7 Days: No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date. 7.
