OPEN INVITATION TO TEAM LEADERS
As your team building speaker, my purpose is to create a safe learning environment where you and your team can discover new ways of solving problems in the workplace such as dealing and communicating with co-workers and bouncing back from mistakes with confidence.
My method involves teaching a variety of strategies, tools and techniques, which you can use outside of the team building seminar to help you work together, steadily improve your performance, be motivated, stay with the company and grow as leaders. And, most importantly, get past your stumbling blocks.
Here are some of the areas we can work on during your team building seminar in Canada:
Change management and accepting change.
Taking initiative and being willing to ask for help.
Moving on and learning from your mistakes.
Handling burnout, stress and setbacks.
Motivation, team work and accountability.
Communication, collaboration and resolving conflict.
Public speaking and presentation skills.
What makes Barbara an entertaining team building speaker?
Barbara May has spent a life-time knowing how to get up after a fall. But she figures doing that and getting a laugh at the same time is a lot more fun. She is a former national level gymnast, award winning coach, aspiring drummer and mother of two who joked her way into the Guinness World Records by performing in the longest stand-up comedy show in history.
In her team building seminars, Barbara shares and teaches her Stumbling Blocks philosophy—the belief that you can get past your stumbling blocks—to help people in the audience understand and embrace her key message: If you get back up, anything is possible.
