“Sometimes we get stuck in the things that trip us up, our stumbling blocks, and this was a great opportunity to hear that somebody else has experienced those issues too.”

Turning Stumbling Blocks into Building Blocks for Success!
OPEN INVITATION TO TEAM LEADERS
As your team building facilitator, my purpose is to create a safe learning environment where you and your team can discover new ways of solving problems in the workplace such as dealing and communicating with co-workers and bouncing back from mistakes with confidence.
My method involves teaching a variety of strategies, tools and techniques, which you can use outside of the team building seminar, to help you work together, steadily improve your performance, be motivated, stay with the company and grow as leaders. And, most importantly, get past your stumbling blocks.
Here are some of the areas we can work on during your team building training:
Change management and accepting change.
Taking initiative and being willing to ask for help.
Moving on and learning from your mistakes.
Handling burnout, stress and setbacks.
Motivation, team work and accountability.
Communication, collaboration and resolving conflict.
Public speaking and presentation skills.
What makes my keynotes and seminars different?
In my motivational keynotes and team building seminars, I share and teach the Stumbling Blocks philosophy—the belief that you can get past your stumbling blocks—to help people in the audience understand and embrace my key message: If you get back up, anything is possible.
“Barbara presented to our department at a time of significant change. Her sessions helped get conversations started about the impacts of change in a way that was fun, engaging and accessible to all who attended.”
