Can Barbara customize her program to meet our specific needs?

It depends on your goals and objectives for the seminar. For example: If you would like your team to get to know one another on a more personal level, which will strengthen relationships and improve productivity, then an ideal audience size is 12 – 24 participants.

If you have a different goal in mind, please call Barbara May. The ideal audience size could be anywhere between 2 and 200 participants.

Barbara’s fee is $3,500 - $5,000  depending on a few factors like audience size, length of presentation, travel time, and how much customization is required.

Yes. As part of her commitment to improving health care and education, Barbara offers a special rate for not-for-profit associations.

Does Barbara offer a special rate for not-for-profit associations?

No, it isn’t mandatory. Barbara can deliver a team building seminar that focuses on the most common stumbling blocks. For example: dealing and communicating with co-workers and bouncing back from mistakes with confidence.

Do we have to tell Barbara about our team's stumbling blocks?

Yes, as long as the training is 21 hours.

The grant will cover 2/3 of the eligible training costs up to a maximum of $10,000 per employee and $300,000 per year for each employer. 

The program is available to private and not-for-profit sector employers of all sizes across the province.

Can we apply for the Canada-Alberta Job Grant to offset the cost of Barbara's leadership training?
