This module-based leadership training builds leadership capacity through plenary teaching sessions, large and small group collaborations and individual coaching. Pragmatic strategies, direct feedback and collaborative skill building develops skill sets for both existing and emerging leaders.
This comprehensive, 3-level Leadership Effectiveness Program provides each participant with an intensive 72 hours of Leadership development. The course is facilitated by Barbara May, CEO and Founder of Stumbling Blocks Team Building Seminars.
The goal of the training will be to:

Maximum 12 participants
Participants will be assessed/evaluated based on their contribution to the group discussions and their participation in the learning activities. In addition, participants will be asked to reflect on their learning experience and plan for ways to apply the learning to their work situation.
